What we collect and why

When you check your project’s fit, we collect the business details, project preferences, and contact information you submit to assess your request. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address, verify your email, and save the business details you choose to provide.

Account security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores account and project information, delivers sign-in emails, and provides bot protection. Sign-in security uses time-limited email codes, a secure session cookie, and technical information such as IP addresses and browser information. The session cookie expires after one day unless renewed while you use the account. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout.

Use and retention

After payment, you can save website content notes and upload logos, photos, and PDF reference documents to your order. Cloudflare stores these materials privately. Your authorized account users and the FizziLabs operator can access them to prepare your website. Uploading a file does not publish it or start an automated build. Please provide only materials you have the right to use, including permission from identifiable people where needed.

You can remove individual uploaded files from your order. Removal immediately disables their download links; interrupted uploads and any remaining copies are cleared by a scheduled cleanup process after a one-hour safety window. Upload records may remain for security and service history. Content notes and account records follow the deletion-request process below.

We use your information to provide your account, understand your website request, and protect the service. Account and business records remain stored until removed through a reviewed deletion request or operational cleanup. Security records and backups may remain for security, recovery, or applicable recordkeeping needs. Do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records in a business brief.

Access or deletion requests

Sign in with the email you used, then use “Request my information” or “Request deletion” in your account. These requests are saved for review; requesting deletion does not instantly remove your account. Signing in verifies access to that email. Additional verification may be needed before releasing or deleting records.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods for the renewals you authorize. We share your account contact details and selected services with Stripe. We retain order totals, accepted billing terms, payment and subscription identifiers, and renewal status to fulfill your order and manage billing. FizziLabs does not store your full card number or security code. Creating an account or saving project details does not place an order or start a subscription.
