FizziLabs is operated by Dylan Burton, a sole proprietor. These terms describe website orders placed through fizzilabs.com. Your accepted order records the services and charges you select.
What your order includes
The template website build fee is $0. Managed hosting is required. Your project must pass the fit check, and you must provide accurate business details and content you are authorized to use. Payment places your order for FizziLabs to prepare; your website is published after review and setup. Domain registration and renewal, mailbox subscriptions, and other third-party fees are separate.

Separate billing schedules
Introductory hosting is $2 per month for the first year, with $24 paid upfront for all 12 months from your initial payment. Hosting then automatically renews at $12 per month until canceled online.
Custom Design & Care costs $0 at checkout. Its full 14-day review starts when your preview is delivered and you are notified. After that review, it automatically charges $79 each year until canceled. You can cancel before preview delivery or during the review to avoid the annual charge. Hosting and any monthly care are separate services and continue unless you cancel their renewals too.
Optional service scope
Site Backup and VIP Care are temporarily unavailable for new orders. Existing orders retain their recorded service terms and account cancellation controls.

Ongoing campaigns, directory fees, and ranking guarantees are not included.
Payment authorization and cancellation
By accepting the billing agreement at checkout, you authorize the initial charges and the separate automatic renewals you select. Stripe securely saves your payment method for those charges. Your account shows the recorded order and renewal dates.
Sign in to your account and choose the cancellation control for each service you want to stop. Cancellation stops that service’s next renewal. Hosting and care remain available for the period already paid for. Canceling a renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment or change your domain ownership.
For a charge you believe is incorrect, an unreceived service, or help with your order, submit a billing help request in your account. Requests are reviewed individually. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Your information and content
You retain ownership of the business content and assets you supply. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal records in your project brief. See the privacy notice for how account, order, and service information is used.
