FizziLabs is operated by Dylan Burton, a sole proprietor. These terms apply to new managed website subscriptions. Your accepted agreement records the payment option, price, terms version and approved preview. Existing orders keep their recorded terms.
Your charges and renewals
$149/month, $0 build fee. Twelve month initial commitment: $1,788 total. Then month to month.

Up to five responsive pages, one design direction and one revision before launch, managed hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, support and routine edits to existing pages.
Review your website preview before payment. The first charge starts your paid service and launch setup. Monthly or annual renewals continue until canceled. Monthly cancellation takes effect after the initial commitment or current paid period; annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal.
Routine requests are handled one at a time. New pages, features, integrations and redesigns are quoted separately. Domain registration, mailboxes and third party charges are separate.

First complete the fit check and save your business brief. Requesting a preview has no charge and creates no subscription. Review your supplied preview and one consolidated revision to the agreed design direction. Approve the current preview and accept the billing agreement before payment. Your first successful payment starts the paid service and launch setup. Domain connection requires the necessary customer access and information.
What is included
Up to five responsive marketing pages, one visual direction, one consolidated revision before launch, hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, support and routine changes to existing page content. Provide accurate business facts and content you are authorized to use, or review content we propose. Technical SEO foundations are included; search rankings and ongoing SEO campaigns are not guaranteed.
You may submit routine edit requests without a preset annual request count. We handle one active request at a time. Routine changes cover existing text, photos, hours, prices, staff details and contact links. Requests do not include new pages, major redesigns, custom components, integrations or application development. There is no instantaneous completion or 24/7 human response promise.
Contact forms, commerce, accounts, memberships and other custom workflows are separately scoped. Domain registration and renewal, mailbox subscriptions and third party charges are separate. This plan does not include the separately gated Backup or VIP services or a guaranteed uptime-monitoring or recovery service.
Minimum period and cancellation
The monthly plan is $149 per month with twelve monthly payments in the initial commitment, totaling $1,788. After that it continues month to month. You can request cancellation online at any time. It takes effect at the end of the initial twelve-month commitment or the current paid billing period, whichever is later. Monthly payments continue until that date; there is no separate design penalty or lump-sum buyout charge.
The annual plan charges $1,699 for twelve months and automatically renews annually at that price until canceled. Request cancellation in your account before renewal to stop the next annual charge. Service continues through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments.
Stripe securely processes charges and stores your payment method. Your account provides cancellation controls, invoices and payment-method updates. A cancellation request is recorded before sending it to Stripe; your account shows the effective date when confirmed. If a confirmation is pending, refresh the status or contact support.
Problems and refunds
For an incorrect charge, an unreceived service or another billing problem, contact accounts@fizzilabs.com with your request number. Requests are reviewed individually. Nonpayment can interrupt service. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Your content and access
Your domain and supplied business assets remain yours. You are responsible for maintaining domain ownership and third party accounts. After completing the initial commitment and settling agreed charges, you may request an export of the published static site and its supplied content. Reusable Fizzi software and third party components retain their respective licenses. An export does not continue hosting, support or third party services.

Custom software
Custom SaaS and fully custom ecommerce start at $5,000 and require a separate approved scope, quote, milestones and agreement. The starting price is not a fixed quote for every product. Guided discovery, prototype reviews, development, launch and handover are defined in that scope. Bespoke code ownership, data access, account control and third party licenses are recorded in the agreement. Application hosting, maintenance and further development are separately quoted.
